Arte, a one-of-a-kind collection of 16 exquisitely finished oceanfront residences, is the first-ever project in the United States by the legendary Italian architecture and design partnership of Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel in collaboration with Kobi Karp Architecture.

The Penthouse B is located at 9th floor of the building overlooking the ocean and is totally expose to the light in each of its side. It has an interior surface of 5,067 sq and 2,960 ft of terrace for 4 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus a powder room.

 

We imagine this Penthouse as a space floating on the ocean, the perfect scenario for the new Poliform collection we were called to set up, creating a sophisticated but minimalist model apartment in the iconic Arte building located in Surfside, Miami.

We want the furniture to take a central role to evoke a unique sense of wonder. We have selected  furniture masterpiece combining them with sophisticated natural textures and warm colors and layering  them with the wide volume of the architecture and the huge amount of light coming from the giant glass wall.The result is a distinguished timeless oasis with a curated modern elegance and a calm and protective atmosphere.
